This policy covers Local Relay Digital's agency website, the enquiries you send us, service administration, and the demos we provide. Client businesses that we build websites for may have their own notices for their own sites, which are separate from this one.

We handle the following kinds of information:

• Information you voluntarily supply, such as your name, business details, email and enquiry message.
• Account and service communications, such as messages about your website setup or support.
• Payment and subscription status. Payment details themselves are entered with the payment processor, not collected by our enquiry form.
• Basic server and security request data necessary to operate the site and keep it secure.

We do not claim to collect data that is not implemented. No advertising pixels or optional analytics are added yet.

We use the information we handle to:

• Respond to your enquiry and deliver or configure services.
• Handle billing and administration.
• Provide support.
• Maintain security and meet legal obligations.

We have not added Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, chat tracking, session replay or third-party advertising tags during this build. If tracking is added later, it will be configured with appropriate consent before nonessential loading, and this policy will be updated.

We use service providers to operate. Hosting, forms and CRM are provided by our platform provider. When payments are connected, payment details are entered with the payment processor, not collected by our enquiry form.

If we later use other providers, we will update this notice. We do not promise fixed hosting countries or absolute security.

We share information with service providers acting to deliver or support the service, where required by law, and in connection with a business transfer if applicable. We do not share enquiry data with unrelated prospects, and we do not sell your information.

We retain information only for as long as necessary for service, support, billing, and security or legal purposes. We avoid setting invented exact retention periods here; specific periods will be confirmed before this policy is finalised.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or to withdraw any optional marketing consent, through our contact page, subject to relevant exceptions. We avoid claiming that every named privacy law applies before the relevant jurisdiction is known.

This site uses essential functionality only and does not set optional tracking cookies. If embedded components introduce other cookies, we will note their use and implement consent as required before any nonessential loading.

When an AI or voice service is enabled, text or calls sent to that service may be processed to respond and run the service. A demo is not a real dispatch or booking. We do not claim recording is off unless verified, and we have not embedded a voice widget yet. We will publish specifics only once the service is configured.

Because our service providers may process data in different regions, your information may be handled outside your country. We apply reasonable safeguards appropriate to the service, and do not promise fixed processing locations.

Our services are business services and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children through this site.

We may update this policy as our services and connections change. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect where practicable.

Local Relay Digital is operated by Wiecek Holdings LLC (formation pending).
