Refunds & Cancellation

The subscription renews monthly at USD $99 per month. Each renewal covers the next monthly billing period. The subscription is a recurring monthly service, not a one-off purchase.

You can cancel before your next renewal by sending a request through our contact page. Cancellation takes effect from the end of the current paid monthly period, so you keep access for the period you have already paid for. You are not charged again after you cancel before the next renewal.

Fees for a billing period that has already begun are not refunded, except where a refund is required by applicable mandatory law. Because cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, you keep access for what you have paid for and are not charged again afterwards.

When your subscription ends at the close of the paid period, hosting and support stop. You keep your domain and the content you supplied.

Local Relay Digital is operated by Wiecek Holdings LLC (formation pending).
