Terms of Service

We offer:

• Website build and customisation from our template.
• A hosting, support and CRM subscription for ongoing service.
• Separately agreed extras, such as an AI receptionist, chatbot or automations, scoped individually.

The subscription is USD $99/month, recurring, with no upfront website build fee. Taxes, if applicable, are displayed at checkout. The exclusions listed on our website offer page apply: phone numbers, SMS/email/AI usage, domain registration, paid advertising and optional AI/automation services are not included in the $99 subscription.

The subscription begins at completed checkout unless an order expressly states otherwise. Launch follows your business details and domain access and the agreed setup work. We do not make an automatic launch promise, and we do not guarantee a fixed delivery time.

You agree to provide:

• Accurate and lawful content for your business.
• Rights to any logos and images you supply.
• Ownership of your domain, and authorised access to it.

You agree not to use the service for spam or unlawful purposes, and to safeguard your credentials. We never ask you to email passwords; access is arranged through secure, authorised means.

The subscription covers support and upkeep of the existing website. Material new pages, redesigns, custom integrations and usage services are by separate agreement. We confirm scope before any additional charges, not as a silent upsell.

You keep your domain and the content you supply. Third-party tools and templates keep their applicable licences. We do not promise an exclusive bespoke code assignment or portability that we have not agreed to. Your domain is not held hostage.

Optional AI services are based on the information you supply and require human oversight. We do not guarantee accuracy, and AI is not an emergency service. We do not guarantee revenue or lead results.

The subscription is USD $99/month, recurring. You can cancel before your next renewal through our contact page; access continues through the paid period, and fees for a billing period that has already begun are not refunded except where required by applicable mandatory law. We carry out reasonable maintenance and rely on third-party dependencies. We communicate material planned changes before renewal where practicable. We do not guarantee uptime.

We may suspend service for material misuse or nonpayment, with appropriate notice where practicable. We do not arbitrarily and immediately delete customer data.

Local Relay Digital is operated by Wiecek Holdings LLC (formation pending).

Mandatory rights are unaffected by these terms. We may update these terms as the service and legal details are finalised. To contact us, use our contact page.
